Who: NorCal League student-athletes in grades 6-12 registered in the Pit Zone. All skill levels are welcome!
What: Group ride on Friday and/or an on-the-bike game Saturday
When: Redwood/Repack April 25 & 26
Central/East Bay May 2 & 3
Where: Stafford Lake Bike Park, Novato CA
Cost: $20 per student-athlete
Registration opens February 13
Activities
On Friday we will have a 4-mile group ride with 396 feet of elevation gain (one lap on the Stafford Lake race course) at a casual pace where all abilities are welcome to see the course without the pressure of racing!
On Saturday we will play a ring toss game where student-athletes will have to ride their bikes and try to toss different-sized rings onto various cones. This will allow student-athletes to work on body-bike separation, braking, and ratcheting! All abilities are welcome and we will have a prize for everyone that participates!

ABOUT
The Adventure Program allows youth to experience the benefits of mountain biking, camaraderie, community, and the outdoors. Reinforce our core values while building health and strength, learning new skills, and being part of a team of like-minded people through outdoor experiential education.
NICA Adventure will transcend the physical and prepare the student-athlete to pursue their own lifelong adventure.
